Attorney Jill Lendu Johnson holds an MBA and an Economics degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. After a career as a financial services executive, she was elected to serve on the Madison Common Council. Her experience there inspired her to return to the U.W.-Madison for a law degree, where she continued her community service as a legal clinic volunteer, graduating with High Honors for Pro Bono service.
Currently, Jill volunteers for the State Bar of Wisconsin's Free Legal Answers program, and serves on the Board of Vesterheim Norwegian-American Museum, where she chairs the Governance Committee.
Jill is a mother of four and stepmother of two. She and her husband love to travel and spend time with family and with their two rescue beagles.
